HubSpot Experience Registry
If you have had a negative commercial experience with HubSpot and/or one of its accredited implementation partners, you can register that experience here. The purpose is to record what happened, and to work out whether a pattern exists across multiple people and companies.
This is not legal advice. PayMe Australia is not a law firm. Registering does not create a lawyer-client relationship with any law firm and does not commence legal proceedings.
What this registry does
Records your experience
You describe what happened, the type of harm, relevant dates, and any HubSpot partner involved. Estimating a financial figure is optional.
Looks for a pattern
With your consent, your experience is included in an aggregate, de-identified analysis to see whether similar experiences are recurring.
Referral only with consent
Referral to the ACCC and referral to a law firm are two separate, optional consents. You can register and agree to neither.
Access-controlled
Multi-factor authentication is required. Your submission is only readable by you and authorised PayMe personnel, and admin access to an individual record is logged.
How registration works
- 1Create an account with your name, email and mobile, and verify your email address.
- 2Enrol in multi-factor authentication using an authenticator app. This is required before you can submit anything.
- 3Choose your consents. Three separate choices — you decide each one individually.
- 4Describe your experience, and optionally attach supporting documents.
- 5Review your submission any time, change it, withdraw a consent, or delete everything.
