Permission Statement

By registering, you may separately agree to each of the following (you do not need to agree to all three to register):

  1. 1. Pattern analysis

I consent to PayMe including my (de-identified, unless I separately consent to identification) experience in an aggregate analysis to determine whether a pattern of similar experiences with HubSpot exists.

  2. 2. ACCC referral

I consent to PayMe sharing my details and experience report with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if PayMe determines a referral is warranted.

  3. 3. Legal referral

I consent to PayMe sharing my details and experience report with a law firm being consulted about a potential class action or collective legal proceeding against HubSpot and/or its accredited partners, for the purpose of that firm assessing whether to act and, if so, for whom.

Important: registering, and giving any of the above consents, does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and any law firm, does not constitute legal advice, and does not obligate PayMe or any law firm to take any particular action. If a class action or other proceeding does proceed, you will be contacted separately about what participation would involve, including any costs, before you are asked to commit further.
